Synopsis

Billy Rain is fourteen years old, and like his two closest friends, he has grown up in the shadow of a legendary computer game. Their parents created the most successful game of the 1990s, but in 2002 Billy discovers something that turns their shared history into a mystery.

While exploring the grounds of the abandoned Matterson house, Billy finds an old game console. When he and his friends begin playing, they realise the game is more than entertainment — it is a map. Following its clues into the night, they dig beneath the cold ground and uncover something horrifying: a decaying human hand.

Their discovery awakens an evil that should have remained buried. Jack Matterson has returned from the dead, and he is determined to take revenge on the children of those who wronged him. What begins as an exciting adventure quickly becomes a terrifying struggle for survival, as Billy and his friends find themselves caught in a nightmare they never expected.
